Refund & Damage policy


At Vikings Jewellery, we ensure proper quality checks and secure packaging. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
 1.No Return / No Exchange Policy
All jewellery products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy

We offer support only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.

Damaged product will be adjusted or replaced in the customer’s next order only.

No replacement or adjustment will be done in the same order or via cash refund.

3. Mandatory Proof (Photo / Video Required)
Customer must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product.
Proof must:
Clearly show the product damage
Be unedited and clearly visible
Claims without clear photo or video proof will not be accepted

4. Reporting Time
Any damage or wrong product complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints after 24 hours will not be considered.

5. Refund Policy (No Cash Refund)
We do not provide cash refunds for jewellery products.
In case of any approved issue:
The refund amount will be adjusted in the customer’s next order, OR
The damaged product value will be credited for future purchase

6.Final Decision

All claims are subject to verification.

Vikings Jewellery’s decision will be final and binding.
